Work Project & BBQ – Reigning Grace Ranch

  • North Chapel 17210 E. Amhurst Drive Fountain Hills, AZ, 85268 United States (map)

Join us on Saturday, April 22nd, to help with a few work projects at Reigning Grace Ranch (a nearby therepuetic ministry that is dedicated to bringing restoration to foster kids and horses).

Please RSVP and send Bob Hager your contact info (cell phone number and email address) to so we can get you any updates and pertinent info.

We will carpool from North Chapel at 8am to the ranch on Saturday morning, April 22nd. North Chapel is located at 17210 E. Amhurst Dr., Fountain Hills, AZ 85268. (The ranch is located about 8 miles northwest of Fountain Hills in Rio Verde.)

We are in need of volunteers who are willing and able to help in a variety of ways for this outreach project at the ranch:

• Planting in Critter Corner;
• Painting;
• Helping set-up the ranch's Sick Pen Corral; and
• Weed pulling

Be sure to bring sunblock, clothes you don't mind getting dirty, work gloves, hat and drinking water.

The work portion will take about 4 hours. Then another hour or 2 will be dedicated to a BBQ hosted by the ranch and a time of sharing about this wonderful ministry and how you can continue to volunteer at the ranch through mentoring foster kids or continuing to do work projects.

This is a very special ministry that North Chapel is partnering with for the long haul. Reigning Grace is a refuge ranch dedicated to mending horses. But what makes it truly unique is how the ministry partners volunteer mentors with foster kids to work directly with the horses in order to bring healing to the kids and build up strengths they don't know they have.

After we complete our projects on the 22nd, Christopher and Amanda Moore will share more about their ministry and how we, as a church and individually, can continue to serve with them in the years to come.
